Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support administration of health and welfare benefit programs and ensure compliance with reporting activities
Assist with retirement plan administration and coordinate related vendor interactions
Produce reports and support audits related to compensation and benefits programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or payroll
Experience with benefits administration and compliance processes
Previous experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday
SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP Certification
