Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support administration of health and welfare benefit programs and ensure compliance with reporting activities
  • Assist with retirement plan administration and coordinate related vendor interactions
  • Produce reports and support audits related to compensation and benefits programs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or payroll
  • Experience with benefits administration and compliance processes
  • Previous experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday
  • SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP Certification
