Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of health and welfare benefit programs and ensure compliance with reporting activities
- Assist with retirement plan administration and coordinate related vendor interactions
- Produce reports and support audits related to compensation and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or payroll
- Experience with benefits administration and compliance processes
- Previous experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday
- SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP Certification
