Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
  • Analyze market data and evaluate jobs to establish appropriate salary ranges and retention strategies
  • Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and oversee the execution of related programs across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
  • BS in HR, business administration, or a related field; HR certifications in CCP or CEBS are a plus
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Experience in building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments
  • Familiarity with organizational psychology and employee engagement
