Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Compensation and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
- Analyze market data and evaluate jobs to establish appropriate salary ranges and retention strategies
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and oversee the execution of related programs across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
- BS in HR, business administration, or a related field; HR certifications in CCP or CEBS are a plus
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Experience in building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments
- Familiarity with organizational psychology and employee engagement
