Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Compensation and Benefits Manager will manage the analysis and development of bonus schemes, employee remuneration, and salary bands while ensuring transparent administration of bonus payments and quarterly accrual calculations.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze, develop, and maintain bonus schemes for the commercial team, including quarterly calculations
  • Create and maintain salary bands and ranges, preparing market data as requested by HRBPs and business leaders
  • Administer bonus payments and perform quarterly accrual calculations, ensuring a clear process for the finance team
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including development and administration of motivation systems
  • Strong ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
