Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies, the remote Total Rewards Manager will partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic compensation support, conduct compensation analysis, and administer benefits programs while ensuring compliance and equitable practices.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation and guidance on compensation strategy and programs to key stakeholders and leaders
- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and recommend necessary adjustments
- Manage and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy of data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with some college coursework
- 5+ years of compensation and equity analysis experience
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and certified compensation professional credentials
