Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary

To support the Commercial team, the remote Compensation and Benefits Manager will design and manage incentive programs, calculate bonuses, revise bonus schemes, and oversee salary band projects in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and maintain bonus schemes for the commercial team, including quarterly calculations
• Administer bonus payments and ensure a transparent handling process on a monthly basis
• Create and maintain salary bands and ranges, preparing market data upon request from HRBP/business partners

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including development and administration of motivation systems/bonuses
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas
• Fluency in Russian and English languages
