Job Summary
To support the administration of equity compensation processes, the full-time remote Compensation and Stock Administrator will manage equity programs, ensure compliance, and provide reporting and communication support for the Compensation & Benefits team.
Key responsibilities
- Administer equity compensation programs, including RSUs and PSUs, and manage related processes within Fidelity's platform
- Run reports and analyze data to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives and maintain accurate records of equity transactions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity-related issues and ensure timely processing of equity during employee lifecycle events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in equity administration or related administrative processes in HR, Finance, or Accounting
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and strong analytical skills for data management and reporting
- Experience with stock administration regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Fidelity's stock administration platform or other HRIS systems is preferred
