Compensation Application Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Compensation Application Specialist will configure and implement sales performance and incentive compensation technologies, provide technical support, and develop analytics solutions while adapting to changing project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure solutions according to design specifications and participate in all phases of the project life cycle
• Provide day-to-day technical support for critical business systems and optimize user experience
• Analyze large volumes of data for modeling and reporting, producing insights to inform business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Sales Performance Management or similar ERP/CRM applications
• Proficiency in SQL development, data integration, and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze and transform structured and unstructured data
• Experience in developing clear and concise reports
