Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Expertise in compensation analytics and market pricing
  • Experience with job architecture, job codes, and pay bands
  • Knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
  • Proficiency in systems integration, particularly with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS
  • Experience leading annual compensation cycles and structural updates
