Job Summary

- Design and maintain the compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance standards
- Conduct market pricing and analyze internal equity to ensure fair compensation practices
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and maintain data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Expertise in compensation analytics and market pricing
- Experience with job architecture, job codes, and pay bands
- Knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
- Proficiency in systems integration, particularly with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS
- Experience leading annual compensation cycles and structural updates
