Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of related experience or master's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
Proven experience in compensation and benefits
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
