Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis for compensation practices globally
  • Evaluate and grade jobs based on responsibilities, qualifications, and market data
  • Oversee and administer benefits program

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience or master's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
