Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the US, Canada, and Mexico (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM administration for compensation and benefits, including configuration and testing
• Manage global benefits programs and relationships with brokers, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance
• Provide strategic support through analytics, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly in compensation and benefits modules
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools like Payscale
• Demonstrated ability to manage benefits broker relationships and negotiations
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
