A company is looking for a Total Rewards Generalist III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR policies and procedures to implement Total Rewards initiatives
• Ensure compliance with legislative updates and maintain documentation integrity
• Perform data analysis and reporting related to compensation and benefits activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience with a focus on benefits and compensation
• Strong data analytics experience for compensation and benefits analysis
• Working knowledge of applicable HR laws and practices
• Project management and process development skills
