Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Business Partner to support the design and implementation of compensation programs, lead benchmarking, and provide reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation strategy aligned with business and talent strategies
  • Manage annual cash budgets and equity sharepool
  • Administer compensation programs, including merit, market, promotions, and equity grants

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in compensation
  • Strong knowledge of compensation best practices and market benchmarking
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative insights
  • High degree of independence, ownership, and influence
  • Strong understanding of Workday and Excel/Google Sheets
