Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Business Partner to support the design and implementation of compensation programs, lead benchmarking, and provide reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation strategy aligned with business and talent strategies
- Manage annual cash budgets and equity sharepool
- Administer compensation programs, including merit, market, promotions, and equity grants
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in compensation
- Strong knowledge of compensation best practices and market benchmarking
- Data-driven with the ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative insights
- High degree of independence, ownership, and influence
- Strong understanding of Workday and Excel/Google Sheets
