Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Implement the company's rewards philosophy and principles in compensation decisions and processes
- Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on compensation matters
- Conduct market data analyses to ensure compensation ranges align with market trends and support the company's people strategy
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in developing and managing global compensation programs for public and private companies
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data
- Proven analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups and influence senior leaders
- Experience in balancing multiple priorities with a solution-oriented attitude
