Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Business Partner, Core.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the company's rewards philosophy and principles in compensation decisions and processes
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on compensation matters
  • Conduct market data analyses to ensure compensation ranges align with market trends and support the company's people strategy
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in developing and managing global compensation programs for public and private companies
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data
  • Proven analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups and influence senior leaders
  • Experience in balancing multiple priorities with a solution-oriented attitude
