Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to assist with job profile and market survey work while contributing to overall compensation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation to management and HR teams on compensation requirements, including job analysis and market pricing
  • Support ongoing compensation initiatives such as salary surveys and internal equity adjustments through data collection and analysis
  • Make compensation-related recommendations and ensure compliance with HR policies and practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation-related work
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Master's Degree and 5-10 years of experience preferred
  • Certifications such as CCP, SHRM Sr Certified Professional, or SPHR are advantageous
