Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of compensation experience or advanced degree with 8+ years of compensation experience
- Experience supporting a Sales organization
- Knowledge of program design, communication, implementation, and administration
- Experience with mathematical, statistical, or quantitative analysis techniques
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
