Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of compensation experience or advanced degree with 8+ years of compensation experience
  • Experience supporting a Sales organization
  • Knowledge of program design, communication, implementation, and administration
  • Experience with mathematical, statistical, or quantitative analysis techniques
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
