Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and approve job descriptions, make pricing recommendations, and ensure employee certifications
  • Process new hire and transfer rates, including pay rate recommendations and communication with managers
  • Conduct employee meetings, produce related documentation, and audit pay practices for inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: Certifications such as CCP or PHR
  • Minimum: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Minimum: Two years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
  • Preferred: Five years of experience in a Compensation role
