Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and approve job descriptions, make pricing recommendations, and ensure employee certifications
- Process new hire and transfer rates, including pay rate recommendations and communication with managers
- Conduct employee meetings, produce related documentation, and audit pay practices for inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: Certifications such as CCP or PHR
- Minimum: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum: Two years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Preferred: Five years of experience in a Compensation role
