Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide analytical and consultative services for compensation programs, including job evaluations and market analysis
Design, develop, and administer compensation solutions and special incentive programs
Advise HR leadership on compensation policies, trends, and program changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or a related field
Five years of progressive compensation experience
Experience with compensation plan design and administration
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws related to compensation
