Job Summary
Compensation Consultant leads the design and implementation of clinician and physician compensation programs in a full-time role, providing recommendations for labor negotiations and collaborating with HR to advise on compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and administer non-contract clinician and physician compensation programs
- Provide compensation recommendations for collective bargaining and collaborate with HR Business Partners
- Conduct compensation assessments and analyses to ensure program competitiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in compensation design and administration
- 1-2 years of physician compensation experience preferred
- Experience with Payscale/Payfactors strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft
