Job Summary
To support equitable compensation practices for employees requiring workplace accommodations, the part-time contract Compensation Consultant will design and implement standardized operating procedures while working remotely 20-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SOPs for managing accommodation-related compensation cases
- Build scalable workflows for intake, decision frameworks, and compensation adjustment guidelines
- Analyze compensation trends to identify equity gaps and cost implications
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR operations, or consulting
- Demonstrated experience building SOPs or operational frameworks at scale
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and pay equity principles
- Experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Employee Relations on sensitive topics
- Strong analytical and process design mindset
