Job Summary
To design and optimize total rewards programs, the fully remote Compensation Consultant will manage equity administration, develop competitive salary structures, and conduct market benchmarking while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Carta platform, managing cap tables and processing equity grants accurately
- Design and implement competitive salary structures and variable incentive plans based on market data
- Conduct market analysis and participate in compensation surveys to maintain a competitive total rewards package
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in corporate compensation consulting or in-house compensation management
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing equity plans within Carta
- Deep understanding of equity vehicles and the life cycle of private/public equity management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
