Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive compensation consulting services, the full-time remote Compensation Consultant will develop, implement, and administer compensation programs while serving as a subject matter expert on market compensation issues for healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles
• Analyze data to address complex job matching and compensation issues, consulting with clients to recommend solutions
• Assist in report writing and serve as a mentor to junior associates in research and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance, economics, or healthcare administration
• One to five years of progressive consulting experience with clients
• Three to five years of analytical experience involving data analysis and financial modeling
• Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the healthcare client population
