Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of job architecture, the part-time Compensation Consultant will work remotely within the Pacific Time Zone, averaging 25 hours per week, to provide expertise in job leveling, title governance, and career frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing job architecture materials and assess design gaps and implementation risks
• Document design principles, governance standards, and validate career levels and job families
• Develop implementation tools and support annual compensation processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in job architecture design and compensation
• Hands-on experience with the Workday Advanced Compensation module and advanced Excel skills
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise job architecture and career frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess materials and develop practical recommendations
