Qualifications
  • BA/BS and 10+ years in compensation, with 7+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience with public company or Board/Comp Committee and equity programs
  • Broad expertise in executive compensation, base pay, and performance management
  • Proven ability to link compensation strategy to business outcomes
  • Advanced quantitative skills and experience with data analysis tools
