- Design, implement, and oversee all direct compensation programs

Required Qualifications
- Experience in compensation strategy and program design
- Strong knowledge of compensation compliance and analytics
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team
- Ability to partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
