  • Lead the organization's compensation strategy, job architecture, and governance framework
  • Design, implement, and oversee all direct compensation programs
  • Manage and develop the Compensation team and oversee compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in compensation strategy and program design
  • Strong knowledge of compensation compliance and analytics
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team
  • Ability to partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
