Job Summary
Providing leadership and expertise in global compensation services, the full-time remote Compensation Director will manage operational activities, oversee departmental processes, and ensure compliance with client service agreements while developing team capabilities and supporting business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and directs departmental processes for Client Financial Services, focusing on global compensation services and internal controls
- Manages staffing, budget creation, and performance metrics to optimize departmental efficiency and staff development
- Leads special projects and collaborates with internal and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with quality goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of related experience and/or training
- 5-7 years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certifications such as CRP, GMS, or CPP preferred
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Intermediate Word; knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, and AssignmentPro is a plus
