Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Lead to support global compensation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consolidation of compensation data and ensure alignment with organizational policies
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis for competitiveness and compliance
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, preferably in a global organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Experience with compensation management tools or HRIS systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in the United States, Philippines, and India markets preferred
