Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Lead to join their Center of Excellence, responsible for shaping and executing compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures and incentives
  • Lead complex projects like market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
  • Provide expert consultation on compensation strategies to senior leadership and HR partners
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CCP certification preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a global company
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management systems
  • Experience with global compensation programs and practices is a plus
