Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Lead to join their Center of Excellence, responsible for shaping and executing compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures and incentives
- Lead complex projects like market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Provide expert consultation on compensation strategies to senior leadership and HR partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CCP certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a global company
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management systems
- Experience with global compensation programs and practices is a plus
