Job Summary
Leading market pricing and benchmarking efforts, the full-time remote Compensation Lead will manage core compensation programs, support international expansion plans, and partner closely with HR teams to address compensation-related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts, including job evaluations and leveling processes
- Own core compensation programs, such as the annual compensation cycle, and develop compensation educational materials
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to address compensation-related questions and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the compensation domain, including market pricing and compensation analytics
- Strong experience with analytics and data visualization software (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau)
- Familiarity with broad-based compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
- Experience in building and scaling compensation-related solutions in a fast-growing environment
- Cross-functional experience across legal, finance, HR, and business leadership
