Job Summary

As a strategic partner to the Engineering and Product organizations, the full-time Compensation Lead will manage complex compensation matters, build relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders, and leverage data and market insights to enhance Pinterest's compensation practices, all while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate partnerships with HRBPs and leaders to advise on compensation activities including offers and retention strategies
  • Utilize market insights and AI tools to deliver data-driven recommendations for compensation practices
  • Drive compensation initiatives such as annual planning and equity award cycles while maintaining compensation tools and dashboards
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years supporting global compensation programs, preferably in Engineering or Product
  • Familiarity with compensation insights tools such as Market Pay, Compa, or Radford
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday
  • Proven track record of using AI to develop compensation tools or dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
