Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytically sound, the remote Compensation Lead will manage the end-to-end administration of compensation systems, oversee semiannual processes, and conduct compensation analyses to ensure competitive market positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes
- Develop and participate in annual compensation studies to evaluate market positioning and recommend updates to compensation structures
- Conduct special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses, including incentive compensation and pay equity analyses
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics
- Experience with compensation management systems, preferably Pave
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation plans and programs
