Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically sound, the remote Compensation Lead will manage the end-to-end administration of compensation systems, oversee semiannual processes, and conduct compensation analyses to ensure competitive market positioning.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes
  • Develop and participate in annual compensation studies to evaluate market positioning and recommend updates to compensation structures
  • Conduct special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses, including incentive compensation and pay equity analyses
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics
  • Experience with compensation management systems, preferably Pave
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation plans and programs
