Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analytics and advising
  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking and advanced analytics using MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with Workday HCM or advanced compensation
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
