Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages development, implementation, and communication of complex compensation programs
  • Partners with HR leaders to administer compensation programs
  • Evaluates market data, conducts research on pay equity, and manages compensation tool

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in base compensation and HR functions
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with compensation tools and ADP a plus
  • Preference for professional HR certifications such as CCP, PHR, SPHR
