Partners with HR leaders to administer compensation programs
Evaluates market data, conducts research on pay equity, and manages compensation tool

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or related field
5-7 years of experience in base compensation and HR functions
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with compensation tools and ADP a plus
Preference for professional HR certifications such as CCP, PHR, SPHR
