Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align compensation and benefits policies with market conditions and organizational initiatives
  • Manage technology, tools, and systems related to compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate benefits management, compensation programs, and governmental compliance reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in US & Canadian Benefits and Compensation
  • Knowledge of US and California regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Experience with benchmarking tools and managing vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong process and project management skills
