Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Align compensation and benefits policies with market conditions and organizational initiatives
Manage technology, tools, and systems related to compensation and benefits
Coordinate benefits management, compensation programs, and governmental compliance reporting

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of HR experience in US & Canadian Benefits and Compensation
Knowledge of US and California regulatory and legislative requirements
Experience with benchmarking tools and managing vendor relationships
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong process and project management skills
