Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team's delivery of annual programs and projects
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation programs
  • Conduct analysis on compensation effectiveness and competitiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong analytical experience, including Excel model building
  • Experience with compensation software like Workday
  • Five years of progressive compensation experience preferred
  • Experience in the nonprofit or education sector preferred
