Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer global compensation programs, including job architecture and market analysis
• Collaborate on compensation budgeting and align programs with performance goals
• Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for internal equity and market competitiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with job architecture and compensation planning cycles in Workday or similar HRIS
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in analyzing compensation and workforce data to identify trends and insights
