Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs
• Maintain and administer salary structures, job families, and market positioning
• Conduct market pricing and analysis to provide insights on compensation data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related roles
• Knowledge of compensation concepts and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with HRIS/Compensation tools and advanced Excel skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, WorldatWork CCP/CBP) are a plus
