• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience in designing compensation frameworks and performing market analysis
• Knowledge of compensation principles, survey methodologies, job leveling, and market pricing
• Strong project management skills with experience in decentralized environments
