Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to design and lead market analysis strategies across a decentralized organization.

Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in designing compensation frameworks and performing market analysis
- Knowledge of compensation principles, survey methodologies, job leveling, and market pricing
- Strong project management skills with experience in decentralized environments
