Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager on a contract basis until February 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compensation programs run smoothly for Guest Support
- Partner with P&C Business Partners to address compensation queries and maintain competitive market positioning
- Conduct benchmarking and lead annual processes related to salary and incentive planning
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
- Post-secondary degree in a related field such as finance or HR
- Exposure to HRIS back-end data management
- Experience with Workday and Microsoft Excel
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
