Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager on a contract basis until February 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compensation programs run smoothly for Guest Support
Partner with P&C Business Partners to address compensation queries and maintain competitive market positioning
Conduct benchmarking and lead annual processes related to salary and incentive planning

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
Post-secondary degree in a related field such as finance or HR
Exposure to HRIS back-end data management
Experience with Workday and Microsoft Excel
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
