Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager on a contract basis until February 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compensation programs run smoothly for Guest Support
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to address compensation queries and maintain competitive market positioning
  • Conduct benchmarking and lead annual processes related to salary and incentive planning
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field such as finance or HR
  • Exposure to HRIS back-end data management
  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft Excel
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
