Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager - Pay Transparency & Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the VP of International Total Rewards in delivering the EU Pay transparency strategy
- Manage participation in external compensation surveys and analyze results to inform compensation strategy
- Develop reporting and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for compensation strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5-10+ years of global compensation experience, focusing on pay equity and incentive design
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and compensation analytics tools
- Familiarity with global pay regulations and pay transparency laws
- Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager role
