Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager - Pay Transparency & Incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of International Total Rewards in delivering the EU Pay transparency strategy
  • Manage participation in external compensation surveys and analyze results to inform compensation strategy
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for compensation strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of global compensation experience, focusing on pay equity and incentive design
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and compensation analytics tools
  • Familiarity with global pay regulations and pay transparency laws
  • Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager role
