Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager - Pay Transparency & Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the VP of International Total Rewards in delivering the EU Pay transparency strategy
Manage participation in external compensation surveys and analyze results to inform compensation strategy
Develop reporting and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for compensation strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
5-10+ years of global compensation experience, focusing on pay equity and incentive design
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and compensation analytics tools
Familiarity with global pay regulations and pay transparency laws
Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager role
