Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Compensation Manager responsible for managing comprehensive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and payroll operations
• In-depth understanding of FLSA and pay equity regulations
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and advanced analytical skills
