Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to serve as a strategic partner in designing and implementing compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor on complex compensation matters for assigned business functions
  • Design scalable compensation solutions in collaboration with business leaders and People Business Partners
  • Manage compensation program execution, including annual merit, bonus, and equity programs
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in global compensation program development and administration
  • Prior experience with high-growth tech companies
  • Advanced expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis
  • Familiarity with Workday and experience in managing compensation cycles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or Human Resources is preferred
