Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager responsible for designing and managing compensation programs in a multi-state organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs that align with business strategies
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to create and administer incentive plans that drive business performance
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and conduct regular market benchmarking and internal pay equity analyses
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on compensation experience
  • Experience designing and managing complex incentive structures
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and relevant legal regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional Certificate preferred
