Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and communication of the firm's compensation philosophy and maintain salary structures
  • Lead bi-annual compensation planning cycles and manage compensation benchmarking surveys
  • Assist with the administration of long-term incentive programs and collaborate on talent analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration; CCP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a professional services environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation administration tools
  • Knowledge of incentive plan design and job architecture frameworks
  • Experience administering equity programs and strong analytical abilities
