Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and communication of the firm's compensation philosophy and maintain salary structures
- Lead bi-annual compensation planning cycles and manage compensation benchmarking surveys
- Assist with the administration of long-term incentive programs and collaborate on talent analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration; CCP certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation administration tools
- Knowledge of incentive plan design and job architecture frameworks
- Experience administering equity programs and strong analytical abilities
