Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to assist in designing and administering compensation programs that align with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing a total compensation philosophy and framework, including base pay and incentives
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement and assess compensation programs and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Lead annual compensation processes and prepare materials for data-driven decision-making by leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of related experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
  • Certifications such as CCP, CEP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of global total compensation practices
  • Experience with compliance regulations related to compensation
