Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to assist in designing and administering compensation programs that align with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a total compensation philosophy and framework, including base pay and incentives
- Partner with stakeholders to implement and assess compensation programs and ensure alignment with business needs
- Lead annual compensation processes and prepare materials for data-driven decision-making by leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 5 or more years of related experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Certifications such as CCP, CEP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of global total compensation practices
- Experience with compliance regulations related to compensation
