Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Compensation Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies
- Supervise assigned compensation staff and define operational workflows
- Coordinate quality and customer service activities as the primary contact with divisions
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
- 5 years of operations/finance experience with compensation may be considered in lieu of healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of related compensation and management experience
- No specific certification or licensure required
