Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compensation Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies
  • Supervise assigned compensation staff and define operational workflows
  • Coordinate quality and customer service activities as the primary contact with divisions
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
  • 5 years of operations/finance experience with compensation may be considered in lieu of healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of related compensation and management experience
  • No specific certification or licensure required
