Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual review of compensation bands and provide market benchmarking recommendations
- Manage compensation planning cycles, including bonus and merit cycles, using relevant tools
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures globally
Required Qualifications
- Experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in a high-growth tech startup
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large data sets and building models
- Familiarity with compensation survey data, particularly Radford/Pave
- Experience with global compensation and knowledge of EORs is a plus
- Familiarity with Pave and/or Workday is advantageous
