Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual review of compensation bands and provide market benchmarking recommendations
  • Manage compensation planning cycles, including bonus and merit cycles, using relevant tools
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures globally
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in a high-growth tech startup
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large data sets and building models
  • Familiarity with compensation survey data, particularly Radford/Pave
  • Experience with global compensation and knowledge of EORs is a plus
  • Familiarity with Pave and/or Workday is advantageous
