Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state organization, the remote Compensation Manager will design, implement, and manage compensation programs that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance and fostering a pay-for-performance culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the design and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and practices that align with business strategies
- Partner with Finance and Operations to create and administer bonuses, commission, and incentive plans that drive business performance
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal pay equity analyses to monitor competitiveness and fairness
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on compensation experience, ideally with 3 years in designing and managing complex incentive structures
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and relevant legal regulations
- Experience developing and managing compensation programs across a multi-unit organization
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional Certificate preferred
