Job Summary

Supporting a diverse workforce across thirteen countries, the remote Compensation Manager will manage compensation policies and programs, ensure alignment with global frameworks, and oversee regulatory reporting for nearly 3,000 employees in Europe.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and policies across Europe
  • Lead market research and periodic reviews of the compensation framework, providing recommendations for competitiveness
  • Manage year-end compensation planning processes, including salary reviews and bonus calculations
Required qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of compensation experience in a medium-to-large global company
  • Strong knowledge of HR and compensation legislation and practices within Europe
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, grading, and benchmarking processes
  • Experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS), preferably SAP
