Job Summary

Leading the design and governance of global compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Manager will ensure competitive and equitable pay practices while overseeing compensation structures, policies, and market analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain global compensation strategy, salary structures, and pay ranges to align with market competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Oversee global mobility programs, including immigration processes and domestic/international relocation initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation program design and management
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and global market practices
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools
