Job Summary
Leading the design and governance of global compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Manager will ensure competitive and equitable pay practices while overseeing compensation structures, policies, and market analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global compensation strategy, salary structures, and pay ranges to align with market competitiveness
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee global mobility programs, including immigration processes and domestic/international relocation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation program design and management
- Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and global market practices
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools
