Job Summary
Owning end-to-end compensation for the EPD and G&A populations, the full-time remote Compensation Manager will manage benchmarking, lead compensation cycle programs, and build analytical models while serving as a strategic partner across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for compensation-related inquiries and decisions for the EPD and G&A populations
- Lead and manage year-end and mid-year compensation cycle programs from planning to execution and reporting
- Develop and maintain analytical models for compensation scenario modeling and internal equity reports, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house compensation experience at a technology company with demonstrated program ownership
- Hands-on experience with Radford job matching and benchmarking methodology
- Proven track record of independently managing full compensation cycles, including merit and equity programs
- Strong analytical modeling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in organizations with 1,000+ employees; pre-IPO or public company exposure preferred
